Two family dwelling on the outskirts of Pedra Bandejo on Santiago Island, Cape Verde.
The project seeks to respond to local Cape Verdean customs by focusing on the heart of living, cooking and socializing with family and friends. The character of the building is mindful of an island vernacular by utilizing local materials and methods in construction (ashlar masonry, concrete and stucco).
