The project is situated on a steep hill overlooking a rapidly developing area along the coast of Oropesa Del Mar.
The building will house two generations in which the grandparents live at the ground floor level and the young family lives below. The project uses local materials and methods to nestle into the landscape. The shape responds to ordinance setbacks and to the prominent views reaching out to the Balearic Sea.
